"I first spoke to Allen about the intricacies of a short sale. Allen listened carefully and suggested before I considered a short sale, I should attempt to market the property for sale at the correct price point. We looked at some houses early this year (I know, "pandemic market"...) and suffice it to say that we were less than impressed with the inventory out there. We were getting desperate - our current house was way too small for two toddlers running around + WFH, and we needed OUT. FAST.
