There are a lot of good real estate agents out there, but Anna is truly exceptional. We knew we’d be writing a rave review of her long before she finished ushering through the sale of our condo and the purchase of our house. Anna didn’t just show us houses and walk us through the steps of the buying and selling process. She went above and beyond at every opportunity to make it easier and less stressful on us. For every obstacle thrown in our way, Anna immediately presented strategic, practical, and cost-saving solutions. She buckled down on a Saturday night to write the offer that beat out other competing buyers. She helped us switch mortgage originators to meet a tight closing deadline. She organized contractors for needed repairs (and negotiated with a tile company when they got our order wrong!). And she networked within our condo building to find a buyer from within the building who bought our unit before it hit the market. Speaking of networking, she always seemed to know someone that was perfect for whatever we needed (including inspectors, contractors, photographers, lawyers, and interior designers). Anna works really hard and always made us feel like we were her #1 priority. I hope we’re in our forever home now, but if we ever move again, Anna will be our first call! And if you are looking at homes in Atlanta, you’d be wise to call her too!

Being a first time home buyer, the process can be a little intimidating. I didn't know what to expect, but with Anna, the process went smoother than I could have ever anticipated. She was thoughtful and kind, and answered all of my questions, no matter how small or large. She made me feel secure with her attention to detail and advice when making such a big decision.
