"Carly was truly delightful to work with as she helped us find our dream home and sell our town home at the same time. She consistently steered us in the right direction while we jumped all over the map. She was personable, making each viewing feel like an outing with a friend which allowed us to be fully honest in the process. She was able to get us in to a house before it went on the market, which was a key move at the height of the real estate boom. She also sold our townhome in one weekend by having tons of contacts for our open house. She gave great advice on how to show our home and had recommendations for anything we asked in the new home- from custom closet design, shade installation and even a hand crafted dining table for our breakfast nook. Any question- she’s got the answer. I give her my full recommendation!!"

"Carly was amazing to work with through my home buying process. She came recommended by several mutual friends, and I'm so glad we got to work together. From the first day, she was very communicative and responsive to my questions and calls, and had a ton of knowledge on the Atlanta market and parts of town that would best suit my needs. When it came time to make an offer, she walked me through the whole process and ensured I got a GREAT price. She also had good recommendations for contractors to help with updates/repairs. Carly was just wonderful, can't recommend her enough."

"I would absolutely recommend Carly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Atlanta area. Our experience was impeccable from start to finish. Our experience was a bit unique in that we were moving from out of state and unable to see properties in person. Carly went out of her way to see properties for us and FaceTime us during the showings so we could see the houses. After choosing our future home Carly’s negotiating skills were second to none. If you have a house you want she will do everything in her power to make sure you get that house. In a very difficult buyers market we were able to get the house of our dreams over 15 other offers. We would later find out at closing this was largely thanks to Carly’s recommendation to “add a 3” end of our offer. We were also able to negotiate some additional terms during due diligence to get some concessions from the seller. Carly was absolutely fantastic and even gave us some renovation ideas after we bought the home. She will be the first realtor we contact next time we are looking to find a home."

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Carly Wooten. The sale of our home came with a lot of mixed feelings ( My husbands job relocated us to another state) This was our first home together. Where we brought all 3 of children home from the hospital. So, there were so many wonderful memories tied up in this new adventure that lay ahead of us. (Not only that, but trying to sell a home with 3 kids under 5 at home, is not for the faint of heart ??). The one thing that really eased all of our worries and concerns, was Carly. She was so great at listening to what we wanted and needed through the whole process. She was such a calming presence in such an emotional time, but also worked hard to get us everything we wanted in the sale of the house. She was always there to answer my calls and was diligent in making sure we were on top of everything we needed to do before listing and with the offer process. I really cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else. We are so thankful for Carly!"

"Carly did an amazing job selling our morningside home. We spoke with a few agents that all had different strategies. We trusted Carly’s opinion on how to price and position our home. We received multiple offers that drove the price far higher than what we thought we would get (which was her strategy!).
Just as importantly, she took our family situation into account. We have two kids. 6 & 4, and she made sure to structure showing times as well as house prep keeping in mind our need for a normal family life.

"As a first time home buyer, it was important to me to have a realtor who could help me through the process and have expertise I could lean on. I was also in a time crunch - I had moved back to Atlanta from out of the country and was living in Airbnbs/with family until I found something so I wanted to move fast.
Carly was so wonderful to work with. She provided clear insight into the process and what to expect, had a great network for us to partner with from lenders to inspectors, and helped me close on my place quickly and smoothly. Carly is the best! I can't imagine there being a better agent. She thoughtfully walked us through every aspect and stage of selling our home and got us our asking price within only a few weeks! She was always available and had an answer to all of our questions. I highly recommend using her; you will be impressed and not regret it!

Working with Carly was such an easy and fun process! She was able to grasp right away what we wanted in a house and location and was very flexible with our (crazy) schedules for showings. She helped us every single step of the way even after we moved in! Could not recommend her more highly, you will have a great experience working with her!

Carly was a dream to work with during the whole home buying journey. As new home buyers, we had tons of questions throughout the process, but Carly made us feel comforted and well informed along the way. Carly helped two of my friends buy their homes and she came highly recommended to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She was also very honest and became a trusted advisor for me and my (now) fiance. Between us, she sold both our places and helped us buy our first house together. The selling of my condo had many bumps and took a lot longer than planned due to some HOA issues outside our control. Carly continued to advise me and knew when it was time to wait and when it was time to take action. Her fast action is what directly led to us getting our first home as a family. It came back on the market at 9:30 AM, by 12:30 she got us a showing, and by that evening we were under contract. I couldn't recommend her more and I do tell all my friends!

Carly is a true professional. We were working with a builder on a new construction home, which can create some anxiety. Carly navigated the process extremely well on our behalf and we could not be more impressed with her professionalism. She was also our listing agent on the sale of our home and she did a wonderful job with that transaction as well. We have recommended Carly to others and they have all agreed she is the best! We highly recommend her if you are looking for someone that will have your best interest at heart!

Carly is professional, very knowledgeable, and practical. She worked with me for 8 months to find the right place in North Decatur. We started in VaHi and looked at 20+ properties in Brookhaven, Druid Hills, and Buckhead. Carly understands the cycle, pace, and character of the Atlanta market. After trying desperately (and failing miserably) to try and find a place for my husband and I on our own - we contacted Carly to help with our search. She jumped in two feet first and within a day or so had dozens of options for us to look through, all easily organized by neighborhood. She listened to our wants/needs/must haves and she was able to line up several of fantastic places for us to look at. She handled every bit of the process (from gate codes to coordinating with realtors) and made it SO easy for us to find our perfect place! She was highly organized, thorough, assertive, and never once did we feel like she was on anyone’s “side” other than ours. On top of all that, she’s one of the sweetest people I have ever met! Carly’s bubbly and optimistic personality was as present on the first property showing as it was the last. The only regret we have was not calling her from the beginning!

She is very knowledgeable and knew the areas in which I was looking (Brookhaven and Chamblee) quite well. You give her a price range and area and a day later she's got 10 possibilities and ready to go check them out depending on your schedule. Great personality. Very easy to talk to and we have remained friends even after the purchase of my house.

Carly was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were buying our first house and knew nothing about it - she walked us through the entire process from how to begin our search all the way through the final signature and beyond. The attention she gave us made us feel as if we were her only clients (even though we knew weren't) the entire time. Carly was very knowledgeable and had our interests in mind throughout. She was very astute when it came to good deals/bad deals, red flags, etc. and didn't pressure us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. Again, Carly is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable and I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks. Go with Carly, you won't be disappointed!

Carly was amazing to work with!! As first time home buyers, she was patient and thorough. We went through several different neighborhoods before focusing on Brookhaven, and she was knowledgeable about all of them! She was available through email, phone and text. Working with Carly was a wonderful experience and such a blessing. As a first-time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better person to help me throughout the whole process. She was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Her connections within the city of Atlanta were the sole reason I was able to find my dream home, as together we were able to view the property before it was even truly listed. Carly came on a recommendation from one of my friends from high school and was absolutely perfect when it came to finding us a new condo in Midtown Atlanta. Even though Carly and I saw a few properties for rent at that time, we chose the first place she recommended to us because just by speaking to me during our intro phone call, she knew exactly what we were looking for! She also was available via text whenever we had a question and even months later asks about how we've settled in. She was very professional and knowledgable which made the process run even more smoothly. She also was honest about each showing so when she spoke highly of a condo, I really trusted her opinion. We were so fortunate to have found Carly Wooten for the sale of our first home and purchase of our next home. As our Realtor, she was always available for showings and questions. The market moved very quickly and she was right on pace. She was also patient, understanding and honest with us throughout the process. We were able to secure a contract on a new house that was contingent on selling our first home. That meant we had to move quickly. Carly did just that and had 6 offers in hand within 24 hours of listing our home. Can’t ask for more than that. It is our pleasure to recommend Carly!

Carly was so wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers, she was so patient looking at house after house and finally found the perfect starter home! We started off looking at homes to remodel then quickly decided we didn't want to do a complete remodel. Carly was so helpful when we shifted gears and neighborhoods. Even after buying our home we ran into a few problems and she was so willing to help get in contact with the right people to fix/solve our problems! The experience was, for me, driven by the balance she struck between providing me (as a seller) honest and clear feedback/opinions, but when she turned around to negotiate with my buyer she was aggressive and firm. I can’t put into words how wonderful it was working with Carly! We were looking to relocate in Atlanta in order to have more space for our family, but our price point certainly offered a challenge in this competitive market. Carly spent countless hours showing us houses in multiple neighborhoods that she thought would be a good fit for us. Without her knowledge of Atlanta real estate, we would never have found our current home that we love and adore.
