My husband and I worked with Elizabeth as we purchased our first home together and looking back, I could not be happier with the experience. Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable about Atlanta and all of its various neighborhoods, was able to guide us masterfully through the home buying process, and ultimately helped us close on a home with multiple offers. We appreciated every moment of guidance and will certainly be sending friends and family her way. I was actually out of town when negotiations and work were going on. Elizabeth was there to take care of a lot of things that otherwise would have been inconvenient for me, in addition to all the usual things that realtors do. So she really saved me a lot of time and gave me good advice.

Elizabeth is the best in the biz. As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience (even as we navigated quarantine challenges.) Elizabeth is knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. Most importantly, though, she's incredibly patient. She doesn't rush you through any tour, she points out details where she feels necessary (which is ALWAYS right on,) and she never ever makes you feel like a burden. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a home.

I can't say enough about Elizabeth King. I met Elizabeth on an open house in our neighborhood a few months ago. Elizabeth was so open and friendly and from the get-go, made suggestions about selling my house, after I told her I was working with another agent! 5 stars does say enough...10 stars does! When it came time for the sale, Elizabeth helped make the contacts I needed for the inspection process that went very smoothly. She always communicated and that is important with this selling/moving process. Elizabeth is professional and just a wonderful experience to have worked with! I will miss seeing her! Thank You.

We lived 450 miles from Marietta but Elizabeth made our home purchase relatively effortless. Her attention to our specific requests, emails of MLS listings, and arranged appointments on our visit resulted in purchase of a home on day #1. Closing went smoothly. No wonder our daughter and two of her friends highly recommended Elizabeth. We certainly would also recommend her.

We had a great experience working with Elizabeth to sell our Brookhaven home and purchase in Roswell. She provided great insight to the Brookhaven market when pricing our home and we were able to get multiple offers within 4 days of being on the market. Elizabeth helped my fiancé and myself buy our very first home! We had a great experience and even though we were very picky she was very patient and quick to set up appointments as we wanted to see a lot of different options. She also was very helpful during the buying process as we had very little experience with it. She made everything easy and stress free. We would highly recommend Elizabeth and hope to work again with her in the future!

Elizabeth and CiCi navigated the sale of our home flawlessly. We had some initial hurdles to overcome due to changing market conditions and Elizabeth steered us in the right direction to make sure we were priced accordingly. After being listed for 2 weeks we were presented with 3 full price offers and partnered with buyers who were able to work with our move situation. Could not have done it all without Elizabeth's guidance and patience. If you're looking to buy or sell in the Garden Hills/Peachtree Hills area, there is no better duo who know the neighborhood better than Elizabeth and CiCi. Can't recommend them enough.

Elizabeth helped my fiancé and I find our first home! She was easy to work with and listened to all of our wants and needs. Elizabeth was a part of our entire home buying experience. She is well versed in the Atlanta communities and had knowledge of multiple areas that helped us determine the best place to live. I would highly recommend Elizabeth if you are looking for a house in Atlanta or surrounding areas!

Elizabeth helped us sell our house in Brookhaven recently and was great! She listened to our input and created a plan to help sell the home quickly and as close to asking as possible. All in all we sold close to asking and were under contract in less than a week! She was thorough walking us through the process (this was the first home we've ever sold) and was very responsive.

Elizabeth helped my boyfriend and I purchase our home in the Grant Park area! She was so helpful throughout the entire process, and extremely knowledgeable about every area we looked in. We vacillated between which part of Atlanta we wanted to live in, and she was very accommodating- showing us many houses in each area. We put in several offers before finally landing a house (our fault, not hers), and she was so patient with us and always there to guide us in the right direction! She even face-timed us a few houses she went to look at while we were on vacation. I recommend Elizabeth to all my friends and would use her again! She's the best realtor I've ever used.

Elizabeth was an amazing Realtor! She was easy to work with and listened to all of our wants and needs. She was very responsive and had great insight on the home buying process. She helped us find the perfect home. She was very helpful in the negotiation process and was present for all walk through and inspections. She knew a lot about the school systems, which was important to us. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a house in Atlanta or the surrounding areas.

My house in Brookhaven sold in a matter of days on the market. I met Elizabeth a couple years ago and tapped her brain as to what I would need to do to sell my house when the time came. Her thoughts and suggestions were very helpful. Once we decided to sell, we had a pretty tight time frame and were a little panicked. Elizabeth was great in telling what we needed to do (not too much and not too little) in order to position our house effectively. She linked me up with excellent and cost effective vendors. We moved out of town before the house went on the market. Elizabeth was my "boots on the ground", coordinating painters, yard men, stagers, etc. She even stopped by to water the flowers. Once the house was ready to go, up went the listing, the "for sale" sign, open house and...sold! All along the way Elizabeth was professional, calm, friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me off the ledge a few times. I am glad we had her as a partner.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and accessible. Helped me find the home I wanted, and made the entire buying process easy. The home was a fixer-upper that was listed at a low price, this led to a bidding war between me and multiple other prospective buyers. Elizabeth helped me ultimately win out and I was able to purchase the house.

I had a wonderful experience working with Elizabeth to sell my home in Atlanta. I live on the other side of the country in San Francisco, but she put my mind at ease by taking on all the heavy lifting throughout the process. Recommending upgrades, managing the repairs, showing the property, and ultimately closing the deal. I ended up getting well above asking price and it closed within weeks of posting the listing. It couldn't have gone better. I highly recommend working with Elizabeth if you're selling your home in Atlanta!

Elizabeth went above and beyond in representing me for my recent purchase. She was able to get a lead on my house just before it hit the market so we were able to act quickly in a very competitive neighborhood. Further, when some major issues were encountered in the closing process, she successfully negotiated on my behalf and we were able to move forward and keep our original closing date. I would highly recommend Elizabeth!

Elizabeth was an excellent realtor for us! From putting notes in people's mailboxes whose homes weren't on the market that she thought might be interested into selling if nudged a little, to responding to text messages late at night, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. After multiple failed offers and countless homes visited, we finally took her advice to visit the top of our budget and found our home shortly there after. We would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone, especially shopping in the metro Atlanta area as she's extremely convenient and knowledgeable in these neighborhoods. As soon as fellow friends jump on board the house-buying train we'll be giving our her information as much as possible!

Elizabeth was excited to take on the challenge of helping me, a first time homebuyer, who didn’t really know what he wanted. My criteria changed frequently and often, but Elizabeth was persistent during a 12-month search that yielded a great property. She has close relationships with realtors, inspectors, surveyors, and other homeowners in Buckhead neighborhoods. She recommended an excellent home inspector who thoroughly evaluated the home. Elizabeth was knowledgeable in leading me through the whole process from the initial search to closing! I would highly recommend working with Elizabeth when buying or selling a home.

Great job, Elizabeth and CiCi! They showed us the current market, including many houses that weren’t even officially on the market. Great relationships with other realtors, as well, which I think helped us get our house in the end. Would highly recommend both of them.
