The home I wanted to purchase had 10 offers in 24 hours and thanks to her savvy contract skills, I won the bid. I’m so grateful for her. Karen is very knowledgeable. She’s an experienced agent that will provide quality service. She has a great network and will provide you with all the information and contacts needed throughout the entire home buying and selling process. She also helped us sell our home of ten years by suggesting important updates and providing a list of contractors. She also ensured we stayed on track. We receive offers competitive offers quickly! She had to negotiate multiple times on our behalf for both sales. She’s a rock star!

Excellent. Friendly, professional, helpful the while time. I would recommend her for wherever you wish to live. She had as much patients as I required to prepare my property for sale.
