Mallory Holt served as our realtor for the sale of a condominium in Atlanta recently, and I couldn’t be more pleased with all she did for us. This was an unusual situation in which 15 out-of-state sellers were involved. That meant two things: first, we needed significant legal assistance to figure out how to make that work; and second, we needed work done on the condo. Mallory took care of everything. She secured the attorney for us, she secured the people necessary to do the physical work on the condo, and she oversaw all of it. Having been in the real estate development business for many years, I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone do as much as Mallory did for us. She is delightful to work with and she knows what she is doing. I only wish everyone could have the kind of working experience that was ours with Mallory.
