Maria was such a blessing to have in our corner during the home buying process. My fiancée and I originally worked with Maria when she helped us find a home to rent. Now less than 2 years later, she helped us buy that same home. There were some outside roadblocks and delays along the way, but Maria stayed on top of everything and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible and hands-off for us. Her valuable connections, open and honest communication, and endless dedication to her work really made our experience wonderful.

"We purchased our first home with Maria. I am so thankful we did, for she cares more about her customer than a sale. She was quick to look at issues in houses that we would have overlooked as first time home buyers. The house we purchased Maria had us tour the day it hit the market, and she had the offer in that night. When under contract, Maria was great about walking us through the steps without us getting overwhelmed, and had the ability to negotiate several items from our inspection. Maria has now represented us in buying two homes and selling one. I would recommend Maria to my dearest family and friends. She is so sharp to the market and the subtle and dynamic process of buying or selling a home. Maria stays two steps ahead and has a knack for finding homes that speak directly to what we were wanting. In the insane 2021 market, she was unwavering in her ability to make excellent offers while protecting us from buyers remorse that many agents seem to not care about. In short, she will find you your dream home, get top dollar for your sale, and follow through with everything that comes up, all while doing what is best for you and only you. She has become a true friend and I feel so lucky that we happened to meet her back in 2014. I can’t say enough good things about her! You won’t regret working with her!

Maria is the kindest person and was extremely helpful in finding a new home for my partner and I to rent. There was another person looking at the same place we were and she really fought for us. From start to finish, Maria was the most helpful, resourceful, & responsive agent we could have ever asked for! Working with Maria could not have been easier or more helpful -- she absolutely has my highest recommendation. Maria helped my wife and I find a rental property in one of the hottest markets in Atlanta at a time when it was extremely difficult to do so. She was organized, prepared, and extremely responsive. It felt as though we were her only clients. She handled all of the interactions with landlords and quickly found us a home. Maria was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her local knowledge was very impressive not only of the neighborhood we were looking at, but also the surrounding area on what there was to do. She was fast & communicated efficiently with us as well as the rental agency. We could not have had a more pleasant experience with finding a place to live that we love as well as a great experience with Maria. Highly recommended. You will find a place you absolutely love within your price range if you choose Maria!

Maria was a life saver in our search for a home in Atlanta! She was present throughout the entire process and played a huge part in us getting our home. Maria also made sure we were thoroughly educated before signing the lease as this was our first lease out of college. I couldn't imagine finding a place without her!

Maria is a 5 star agent, no ifs ands or buts. She is excellent because she takes the time to listen to exactly what you are looking and works tirelessly to find the perfect fit. She is realistic and honest. She keeps your top priorities in mind always. She is not pushy, and works magic to find you exactly what you are looking for. Maria treated me as if I were her only client. She was knowledgeable, honest, patient, respectful and kind. She was calm and level-headed when I wasn’t. She went way beyond what I ever expected, including getting on her hands and knees with me to clean carpet stains off the floor before an open house, finding window guys, gutter guys, plumbers, termite bond guys, lenders, being at my house to meet them while I was out of town... She educated me on how to negotiate a contract, what to ask for in a negotiation and what to deny in a negotiation. She’s a stellar agent and now friend. I’m so happy she sold my house and helped me buy my current home. I’m beyond pleased.

Maria made the home buying process seamless, fun and stress free. She took care of everything and educated me through every step of the way! She made herself readily available to go see homes and work with my busy schedule. Especially as a first time home buyer, it was amazing to get to work with her. I had to go out of town but Maria handled the inspection and even went the extra mile to get quotes to see how much the repairs would cost. She worked diligently to get a great deal and made sure I was 100% comfortable. I highly recommend Maria to anyone who wants a fun, driven, passionate and caring real estate agent.

Maria was very helpful in selling my townhouse, especially in dealing with issues that arose outside my unit. Specifically, Maria communicated well with my HOA and coordinated with the HOAs contractor who was doing subfloor and community repairs during the listing. Maria exceeded my expectations on marketing (open house, photographs, etc.) and she was able to secure multiple qualified offers in a very short amount of time. I was very happy with Maria and would recommend her to others.

One year after Maria helped me find my condo, I decided to sell and move out of town. With complete confidence and no hesitation, I contacted Maria to handle the sale. Again, Maria proved the consummate real estate professional. One of the many things that I appreciate about working with Maria, is that she does not make assumptions, she checks and rechecks all details and makes sure that I understand and am comfortable with all aspects of buying or selling - from listing to offers to counter-offers to contract to inspection reports (ugh!) to compliance to closing!

Maria was an excellent resource throughout the entire process of selling our home. She was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and was willing to go the extra mile to get our home ready to show. Could not say enough good things. Never pressured us in any direction after showing us many homes over a long period. By the time we found our home she felt more like a friend than an agent. Always had notes and research available when she took us to see properties. Would highly recommend to friends and family in search of a home.
