After previously having difficulty selling our home, Ashton came in with a thoughtful, organized, and well-executed plan that immediately gave us confidence. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and strategic approach made all the difference in helping us successfully navigate a very challenging market.
Ashton was consistently easy to communicate with, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. Her calm, solution-oriented approach helped make what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and smooth.

Lauren Marshall helped us buy our new home in Atlanta and sell our Stockbridge home of 20 years in record time. Our new home already had an offer on it that was to expire the day we viewed it with her. She helped us submit a winning offer that same day. We immediately began the process of preparing our previous home to sell. Lauren and her team of very skilled and available resources enabled us to purge, repair, update, landscape, clean, stage, and photograph, including drone footage. Even the for sale sign out front was substantial. Our home consistently rated likely to sell 97-99% faster than other homes on Zillow during the 1 week it was listed. It sold in 1 day and we closed 2 weeks later. Our time working with Lauren spanned 2 months, from the day we viewed our new home to the day we closed on our previous home. Working with Lisa to find our first home was incredible! From our initial conversations to post closing, she’s been thoroughly involved through every step of the process with care, respect, and seasoned guidance. I do not know where to begin because I have SO MANY GREAT things to say about my realtor, Ms. April Williams. On Monday, February 28, 2023, I was blessed with the opportunity to meet and work with April. To name a few of her characteristics: professional, knowledgeable, tenacious, and punctual blended with a kind spirit describes April. The horizons opened for my new and successful real estate adventure the day we met. From "opening", through "touring" to "closing," April never missed a beat. She went above and beyond to ensure I received property information tailored to my wishes. During one of our tours in late March, I feel in love with a nice, quaint condominium that we later discovered was under contract. To highlight April's skill set, she contacted seller's realtor to inquire about submitting a backup offer. A few days later, my prayers were answered! April was contacted by the seller's agent who informed her of my status as the primary on the condominium! April was always one step ahead throughout this entire process, and executed a seamless and successful closing. God is so good and I will be forever grateful for meeting one of the most Awesome-Motivated-Admirable-Zealous-Inspiring-Nice-Genuine (AMAZING) realtors - April Williams!!!!

We worked with Ashton Ernst and April Williams of the Justin Landis Group to buy and sell. My husband and I had contemplated if early 2023 was a good time to sell because we had our eye on a home that we considered our "dream home". Based on the market, there was some trepidation on our part, but Ashton and April quickly helped calm our worries. Firstly, working with the Justin Landis Group means receiving top-notch, white-glove, service. From the early phases of planning until closing, everything is seamless. Ashton helped us strategize the best options to sell our townhouse and we followed her advice closely. It paid off because we were under contract in 3 days! April helped make buying our dream home an easy stress-free process. She was always available for questions and concerns. She always kept us informed and even after closing has made sure that we are doing well. I can't stress how important it is to use a reputable, highly rated group of Realtors when buying and selling. If we ever decide to go through this process again, we will only use the Justin Landis Group.

We've worked with Lisa for all of our real estate needs and couldn't be happier with how much she has taken care of us. Every step of buying, selling and, most recently, renting has been easier with her guidance. Knowledge, professionalism, energy, confidence, honesty, sincerity. If there were a way to leave six stars she'd get them every time. As long as Lisa is in the business, she will have ours.

Our experience with Tiffanie was superb. She was so understanding of the things we needed to look for as first time homebuyers, and she ultimately got us into a house that we love, in a neighborhood we really wanted to be in, at a price that we couldn't have possibly beaten. As our friends start looking for houses in the area, we'll absolutely be sending them to Tiffanie!

My wife and I worked with Casey at the Justin Landis Group and had an awesome home-buying experience. Casey was quick to know and understand us and our specific wants and needs. Working with Casey felt like I was viewing homes with a friend. She listened to my likes and dislikes and even reminded me of things that I should be paying attention to. She recommended various services to help me with my move. I ended up using several of her references that were awesome. She extended a helping hand and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything set up that I needed to see my purchase through. And most importantly, she was honest. I am thrilled to have found her and pan to recommend her to anyone who will listen!

Thanks Tiff. I am not experienced at home purchasing, but Tiff took a solid interest in my wife and I starting with an hour meeting in a coffee shop to discuss what we were looking for. Although there were a few minor hiccups along the way, Tiff kept us informed and did her best to be a conduit between the builder and our mortgage broker.

We had the extremely challenging request of buying and selling at the same time, and Grace made sure to coordinate with the other members of the team to ensure our timing lined up perfectly. She helped us get our dream house (which had multiple offers opening weekend) by coaching us through the best elements to include in our offer. We were able to schedule back-to-back closings and had several days to move out of our old house and into our new one - it all went so smoothly and we could not be happier!

We had the extremely challenging request of buying and selling at the same time. Add to that the fact that we found our dream house much sooner than expected and therefore had to put our house on the market in a hurry. Ashton handled it all with grace and professionalism! She helped us make our house show-worthy and coached us through the best pricing strategy. We only had to show our house for five days, and ended up with multiple offers! We were able to schedule back-to-back closings and had several days to move out - it all went so smoothly and we could not be happier!

Jeannette was invaluably helpful throughout our first home buying process. She answered many of our questions before we even knew to ask them, and made sure we never felt like there were any stupid questions. Grace immediately impressed me with her comprehensive knowledge, and she made me feel at ease going through the process as a first-time buyer. I loved working with Ashton! We needed to sell two homes, all while in the midst of buying another home, moving, and having a baby. We took all of Ashton’s (excellent) advice on preparing the homes to sell, ended up with multiple offers and got over asking on both. Like our experience has been with all JLG folks, the relationship doesn’t end at closing. Whether it’s her “job” or not, she is always there to help us!
