I have been responsible for locating multiple commercial spaces over the years and have dealt with a lot of agents. Pete and his team at Colliers were by far the easiest I have dealt with. I did not know them before this transaction but always felt that they truly cared about our needs. Their process does a great job of finding out exactly what type of space and environment you are looking for and only showing you properties that meet those needs. We also came away paying less than we had expected given their knowledge of the market and competitive pressures the landlords were feeling.
