When meeting, Wayne always prepares a wonderfully comprehensive package for me to review regarding my investments. I have little background in these issues and truly appreciate his careful, patient explanations and conscientious handling of my accounts in a manner in which I am comfortable. I owe much to Wayne as I have come to fully trust his financial guidance. This confidence grants me great freedom from the burden of money management due to his expertise and service.

the only "thing", would like to see is maybe a quarterly, very short and brief update as to "what has happened". a status report, so to speak. i think it would be a good idea to communicate at least quarterly.

We have been working with Wayne and his team for several years. He has always been responsive and listens to what our goals and wants are. Wayne has been my financial advisor for over 23 years and during that time he has been readily available to answer any questions I have ever had concerning my portfolio, which has done extremely well with Wayne's guidance. Also, over the years he has given me very sound advice concerning financial matters unrelated to my HB accounts. He has a wonderful demeanor and Carol and I always enjoyed his visits or lunch outings to our homes in Sarasota, FL or Sapphire, NC. Now that we permanently reside in the Atlanta area, he's just a stone throw away at the HB office on Haynes Bridge. Sheila Bozeman and Margo Bryk are also great additions to Wayne's office and are always there to help if Wayne is out of the office.
